Values are an integral part of an organization’s culture and create a sense of identity, belonging and purpose. In order to promote these attributes and remain focused on attaining her mission, KITI has adopted the following set of values and guiding principles.

The institute will develop and implement a service charter and continue upholding an open-door policy, to satisfy both internal and external customers.

The institute management is committed to promoting accountability, transparency, ethics and honesty and adoption of a policy on “zero tolerance to corruption”

The institute will be open and proactive in seeking and creating better methods of service delivery e.g. by continuously examining the current training courses and programmes with the view of reorienting them towards ‘hands on’ training in which entrepreneurship involvement will be given prominence.
