Eunice Wahinya is the current head of the food and beverage department. She is a professional trainer in food technology with over 16 years of experience. She is in charge of bakery and pastry production at the institute. She has risen through the ranks from the Trainer, deputy HoD to the HoD position. In addition, she has also done several management and training of trainers (ToT) courses in various prestigious institutions in Kenya. She has participated in planning and as a judge in the national TVET fairs and research.
