Madam Alice Biketi is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration  and a Bachelors Degree in Education specialising in Mathematics and Business studies. Her long time experience of over 26 years in Education Management has contributed to her successful transformation of various Educational institutions while she worked with the Teachers' Service Commission and thereafter with KITI. To enhance her management skills, she has attended several courses in management including the Strategic Leadership Development Course, Senior Management Course and Education Management Course from different reputable institutions in Kenya. 
She serves as an Education pillar Head on the County Commissioner's Committee on Countering Violent Extremism (CVE)where she has participated in development of policies to counter violent extremism in education institutions in the county.
