David Wephukulu is the current head of the building construction and civil engineering departments. He is a professional trainer in building technology, civil engineering, architecture, and quantity survey with over 18 years of experience working in various institutions. He has risen through the ranks from trainer, examination officer, and Deputy HoD to the HoD position. In addition, he has done several Management and Training of Trainers (ToT) courses in various prestigious institutions in Kenya.
